New to the district?  Families can begin by creating an account on FinalForms where the required documents can be uploaded or call Mrs. Wymer at 419-533-5011 to set up an appointment to drop them off. Find more information HERE on our website.
Class lists will be posted outside the front doors at NOON on August 13th.

All forms will be digital through Final Forms.  The forms must be signed by both the parent and student by the 1st day of school.  You should have received an email from Final Forms to complete your information.
